Here’s How You Can Help
New York City Mayor Eric Adams signed legislation which goes into effect in January 2023, which will require rental hosts in New York City to register with the city and will prevent platforms, like Airbnb, from processing transactions unless the registration information matches a city database. For the majority of hosts they will be unable to qualify due to the strict definitions of eligibility.

While this is a huge hit to the home sharing community, let's not let it be a knockout blow.

I am gathering responsible, ethical hosts like myself to create a marketplace that will not answer to the politicians representing the Hiltons of the world.

Please spread the word. In order to have the inventory to become a viable marketplace we need hundreds of good, responsible hosts like yourself.
Reach the world.
We are in the preliminary
stages of creating a marketplace where you can safely list your home. Come Janurary your listing will likely be gone, so we need to make contact before it's too late!
Confidentiality
We do not want your actual identity, address, or any personal information. We have seen in the past that all the platforms have been forced to turn this over, so we will not ask for it to begin with.
Good hosts only
We are not here to help and will not assist any hosts who are not providing a great experience to their guests - we review the reviews - and only want the best.

This is the date you'll either have to provide a registration number or host for 30+ min days. We are here to mitigate this risk.
